THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVERY BEEN TO THE CIRCUS! I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME! I LAUGHED AND JUMPED UP OUT OF MY SEATS! I DEFINETLY WANT TO GO EVERY YEAR CONSIDERING HOW MUCH FUN IT IS! I REALLY ENJOYED THE BEACH BALLS THEY THREW IN THE AIR TO KEEP US INTERESTED! THIS IS SO DOWN TO EARTH AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY FOR FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT! THIS CIRCUS ALLOWS PEOPLE TO LAUGH, DANCE AND SEE LIVE ANIMALS DO TRICKS! IT IS AMAZING HOW THE ANIMALS CAN BE TRAINED FOR THESE PURPOSES. I ADMIRED HOW THEY USED DIFFERENT CULTURALS AS WELL! AGAIN THIS IS FUN FOR EVERYONE AND I WILL RECOMMEND THE SHOW TO OTHERS! THANKS FOR COMING TO CHICAGO ANOTHER YEAR!

THE PLACE WHERE YOUR VISION EXPANDS!
I went to the soul circus for the first time. Every year that it came to town I didn't have any money. But this year I was going no matter what. The circus exceeded my expectations. I had a great time, my whole family did. The music was great. No one got out of control. They say when blacks come together, there is trouble. While the Soul circus proved them wrong. I am committed to going every year no matter what. I glad that for my 46th birthday I was able to spend it at the Soul circus.
My husband and I just went to the circus today for my 27th birthday - just us, no kids - and it was VERY fun!! I've never been to a circus that was actually "under the big top." The performers were very talented, the atmosphere fun and I appreciated the message of faith, family and fun!!
Took my grandchildren and we had a great time. I love the way Shuckey Duckey and Zeke are in the audience during the acts greeting us and making us feel at home.
All the acts were wonderful, OMG, Ricarda Sosa was amazing, The Chinese Perch Pole act was outstanding, El Niche and the tigers was was very good and the kids loved it. The Brotherhood was daring and very funny at the same time. I loved Ng Mime and being a female I really loved the brother that did the flight of romance.
I would like to give a very special THANK YOU to Shuckey Duckey and Zeke for signing my grandson's program book and wishing him a happy birthday. This is a birthday he will not soon forget. We will definitely be there next year when the UniverSoul returns to Chicago.

i THINK YA'll Should PUT THEM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CIRCUS ! INSTEAD OF THE FIRST ACT BECAUSE PEOPLE MISS THEM, AND THAT IS THE TRADITION OF THE CIRCUS!! OTHER THAN THAT I HAD A GREAT TIME ESPIACIALLY SEEING THE ZEBRA!! I NEVER SAW A ZEBRA AND CAMEL IN THE CIRCUS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!
This was actually my 3rd time attending a show but it hadn't been since 2003. I enjoyed the entire show more than my son (which I was told). Shuckey Duckey & Zeke are excellent- I loved the interaction between them and the audience. All peformances/performers were outstanding. An inspirational message was given from the show and I wouldn't mind seeing the show again before they leave CHICAGO. I am missing some autographs... so I do believe that's a must!!! The Universoul Circus gave my family and I a great experience that will be remembered by all. My 2 year old son had the time of his life...dancing to the music and seeing the animals. Each act was brilliant, and crowd interaction lent more to the experience. Great job!
I really enjoyed the circus this year in Chicago. My family and I had a great time. Love the new show and Shucky Ducky was an excellent ringmaster. I look forward to atteding again next year!!!!
I had soo much fun! I went on sunday with my family, I think I had more fun than the kids!My favorite act was twisted soul(and i thought i was flexiable). I'm going back before you leave on 10/12, everyone was soo friendly and nice. Kudos to the whole team of Universooooul Cicus!

The Universal Soul Circus is best circus I ever been to,they include the kid in the show which is very good.The last 3yr I been going to the circus 2x everytime they come to chicago.I wish the circus would come 2x a year
My date surprised me in going the the UniverSoul Circus and we had an incredible time! I was up out of my seat, laughing and clapping! I anticipated a good time but when you all come together and do is amazing! Thank you so much for all your work, dedication and talents! It really shows as I am another satisfied customer! I know I will come to your circus whenever you are in town. Don't change a thing! But I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to see Tony Tone :(
This was my first time at the circus, I was surprised it was so entertaining. I loved the contortionists,Beijing artists. I like that they told what countries the artists came from.It was good to see so many nationalities represented.I love the audience participation.My grandkids were happy that the mcs came in the audience and autographed their lightsticks. I'm glad the stinky [sorry] elephants were at the end. Loved it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the best circus that I ever been to. I will continue to tell everyone I know to come to the soul circus. The brother from New Zealand wearing white was excellent and very entertaining. I would love a picture of him. All the acts were great. The music is great and fun. I love the RINGMASTER and how he interacts with the crowd. May GOD bless this circus and its members and give you all favor in all that you do in HIS name. Keep quoting verses from the bible in your show. It is so inspirational. What an excellent show! I saw the show at Washington Park in Chicago. It was my first time ever going to a circus and I could not think of a better place to start. The performers were all amazingly gifted. I love the "universal" aspect of the show given that there are performers from all over the world. Congratulations on being able to keep this thing going for 15 years. Continued success to UniverSoul Circus in offering positive, family fun and entertainment.

This was my first time coming out to see you all. I here so much about you all. My cousin from Milwaukee, Wi call me and ask if I were going to see you all and I reply no, I wanted to, but I will go with her. I came with my son and my mother, they both were kicking and screaming. Got here and had a great time. We'll be looking for you all next time you all come to town. Can't wait to see you all again. Good evening! It is ten minutes after 11pm and I'm just getting home from your magnificant show! My daughter and I had a complete blast. She's four years old and I'm 34. I probably had more fun than her! I've never been in all these years and hate that I missed previous shows...that won't happen again = )

I saw the universoul circus for the first time this year. It was fantastic! The whole circus family including the animals. The show is a great experience for every one to enjoy. Everyone was just so entertaining including the animals they were great too. I didn't miss a thing. The universoul circus A+.
My family and I had a great time. The best part was when the old and new skool had to act the song and that lady threw her wig off while dancing. We cant wait till next year. We also recommend that if u havent seen the show you should not wait any longer.

Two suggestions--ask the parents/caregivers to say "you are welcome" in response to their child(ren)'s thank you. It's reciprocal and (2) ask questions that are developmentally appropriate for children--children didn't understand the question--what side of town you are representing? I have always loved the UniverSoul circus, I go every time it's in Chicago but I must say that this year was my favorite. I went on Saturday the 4th to the 4:30 show and every minute was a joy.
Every act was AMAZING, like the wife of another blooger I really loved the young acrobat in the white dress pants. I also especially loved the young brother and sister contortionist and the animal acts, but truly every act was totally WONDERFUL. I also loved Shuckey Duckey and Zeke, and Romonsky Luv on the elephant was a site to behold! It improv with the old school and new school couples was so good I could not breath, that old school couple should be on the payroll if they aren't already!! I can't wait until next year!!!
I attended Friday Oct 3rdi took my mom and a little girl i take care of, and all i can say is WOW!! The show was off the chain, it was GREAT...it was soooo great i'm actually going back this thursday night and taking my boyfriend!! My mother nor my boyfriend have ever attended a circus before and dont really like to get out the house! Keep up the GREAT work!!! This was my frist time and WILL NOT be the last!!! xoxo jessica
This was the best circus show my family and I has ever seen. Our first time here and it was fantastic. Great interaction with the crowd and most of all the animals were outstanding an so were the performers. My son age 2 and nieces ages 1 sat thou the entire show. It kept them very interested in what was to come next. We plan to go every year for now on. Happy 15th Aniversay. WONDERFUL SHOW.!!!!!!!
This was my first time attending the circus and I had a phenomenal time. Myself and my 19 month old son enjoyed every second of the show. My son screamed with the crowd, I danced throughout the show and was pleasantly pleased to see acts from the African diaspora! I left the show 100% pleased, proud, and ready for more! My family had a great time at the circusthis past Tuesday evening. The Universal Soul Circus was very, very entertaining. Too bad many other nationalities miss out on this excellent show because it is really universal. Everybody younng and old, black, white, or yellow should get to experience this show. This was my third trip to your circus and as usual, it was great. I love that you had more animal acts this year than last. BRING BACK THE LION TAMER DIVA (2006)--she is awesome. While i loved the show, it really slowed down with the silk flying guy and the holy boxing act. Your souviners are expensive but frankly kind of cheap. And what happened to the Carribean opening act? You had them in the middle but they are a GREAT opening, they really get you into it. My family and I had a wonderful time and I can't wait til next year! Thank you for such marvelous entertainment.

I loved the show!! I took my two younger sisters and younger cousin for my sister's birthday and she loved it!! I am 18 and the last time I came I was 7 or 8 and my uncle took me and I was more excited now than then. I loved Ricardo and the man in the white silk. Both of them were so good. I also loved the couples chalenge. My sisters loved the elephant DIVAS and the island dancers. The UniverSoul Circus is the best show I have ever seen!! It is amazing and I loved everything about it!!! I loved the music and the whole experience and environment. PERFECT!!

I loved ricardo he is beautiful, I like his white outfit the best he wore another color once and I didn't like it! Ebon was heavenly... the divas Excellent, I loved the women on the horses the guys too but it was good to see women...Chinese acrobats WOW...Awesome!the posse and the trapeze, off the hook, I love those guys they are so talented...
I loved the mimes but whoever did the show placement sucks they should put them in a better spot like earlier cuz it's weird having us lust after ebon and then turn around and take us to church but the 1st mimes perfect the 2nd time I went yall had mimes from here and they was alright but I was confused and the girl looked scary instead of cute like the other one....glad u put the 1st ones back

i always have such a great time each year that i have attended the circus. this year i took my son for his first time and he could not stop talking about the fun he had.he said he will not miss another year. my son is 28. keep the fun coming see you next year.

My family and I went to the performance on Sunday October 12. We had a FANTASTIC TIME! The show was great! This wasn't our first time adttending the show and each year it just gets better and better. We really appreciate the hard work ya'll put in and we would like for this show to continue for another 100 years! Thanks for the astonishing work, keep it up!
All I can say is that the show was AWESOME!!! I had been trying to go the last few years but something always came up. I was determined to make it and was not disappointed one bit! My wife and I took our kids(ages 7 & 2) for the 8pm show and it kept their attention with their mouths open throughout! Great Show, Great Price, Great Time! I liked the intimacy of the venue where every seat was a good seat. If I had to criticize anything, it would be that they should have given the lady near the ring entrance a free t-shirt as she was sitting right next to the elephant when he decided to take a crap before they finished their routine, Even that was cool as the stage hand was there to catch it with a can! LOL Can't wait till next year!!!

I had a great time at the circus and look forward to going again next year. The only thing I hope to see in the future, is more than three female performers,like in the past. Of course a lot of women enjoyed the contortionist from Cuba, and the acrobat from New Zealand, but as a man I would like to see more foxy ladies performing. Otherwise, the show was spectacular.
